From Outer Cape: Take Route 6 to Exit 5 (Route 149); proceed 4 miles south to Route 28; turn right on Route 28 and continue for two miles. The museum is on the right just before the intersection with Route 130.

From Upper Cape and Sagamore Bridge: Take Route 6 to Exit 2 (Route 130); proceed 7 miles south to end of Route 130 at Route 28, then turn left. The museum is the second building on the left.

From Bourne Bridge: Take Route 28 to the exit for Route 151; proceed east and south to intersection with Route 28 at Mashpee Rotary; follow Route 28 east out of rotary toward Hyannis for 2 miles. Once you pass the traffic light at Route 130, the museum is the second building on the left on Route 28.

From Falmouth Area: Follow Route 28 to the Mashpee Rotary and continue on Route 28 toward Hyannis for 2 miles. Once you pass the traffic light at Route 130, the museum is the second building on the left on Route 28.
