DESCRIPTION:Join us for a festive day at the museum filled with art\, family activities\, food\, free admission\, and special celebrations! \nFrom 10:00 AM–12:00 PM\, families are invited to enjoy a hands-on family program with creative activities inspired by our exhibitions—perfect for children and caregivers to explore art together. \nAt 11:00 AM\, exhibiting artist Pedro Sanchez de Movellán shares newly installed work on the museum’s grounds and inside. Learn more about the inspiration and engineering behind his kinetic sculptures. \nFrom 1:00–3:00 PM\, continue the celebration with an afternoon of receptions and special events. Mingle with artists and fellow art lovers at the reception for Stave & Cane: Nantucket Baskets and Rockwell Kent\, A Force of Nature\, then help launch the Brush Off Art Auction at its official kick-off and artist reception.
