DESCRIPTION:Join the Cahoon Museum for a day of crafts\, holiday treats\, and a special student art exhibition! \nFree admission for all. \nFamily Program 10am-12pm\nReception for student exhibition: 1-3pm \n\nPerspectives: Student Artwork from Bourne High School \n\n\nJoin The Cahoon Museum for a reception for its exhibition of Bourne High School student artwork inspired by works on view at the museum.  Students visited the museum in October and created their interpretation of something they saw using various media.  From hot air balloons to monsters\, students adapted the images in the museum to represent their artistic vision. Celebrate with the students during the Winter Open House and Artist Reception on Saturday\, December 7th\, from 1-3 pm.  The student artwork is on view in the museum’s classroom from Thursday\, December 5th\, through December 22nd\, 2024. \n\nRegister\n  \nSponsored by

DESCRIPTION:Grab the family and head to the Cahoon Museum for an Art-tastic Holiday Party on Thursday\, December 12th\, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. \nThe event will feature a holiday hors d’oeuvre-making demonstration with caterer and TV personality Gerry Dupont\, a create-your-own hot-chocolate station\, cookie decorating\, holiday card making\, live music\, ornament making\, food\, mulled wine (cider for the kids)\, and more! \nIn addition\, the museum will offer free admission to children 0-12 and Card to Culture participants to ensure everyone can experience the joy of the holidays.
