Visitors will gain insight into the symbolism embedded in his imagery\, the influence of his travels\, and how his art reflects both solitude and social idealism. \nOne of America’s most celebrated artists\, Rockwell Kent (1882–1971) was a painter\, printmaker\, illustrator\, writer\, and adventurer whose dramatic landscapes and seascapes captured the grandeur of the natural world.
