Cahoon Museum of American Art – Experience Cape Cod Art and Culture!
Located in the beautiful seaside village of Cotuit, Cape Cod, the Cahoon Museum welcomes visitors of all ages to experience dynamic local and regional contemporary art exhibitions. The Cahoon Museum highlights a collection of American art from the 18th century to the present in a historic home with a modern gallery addition.

Adult Groups & Organizations
Guided group tours must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Our knowledgeable guides create a welcoming experience with interesting facts about the historic house, the whimsical folk art of Ralph and Martha Cahoon, the museum’s collection of American Art, and the dynamic exhibitions on view.
Days and Times: Wednesday – Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with full payment due the day of your visit. Cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to your visit.
Tours are typically 45 minutes to 1.5 hours
Fees:
Self-Guided: $8 per person
Guided Tour: $8 per person + $25 per guide (guides are per 15 people)
Art Activity: $5 per person + admission fee
Minimum Group Size: 8 people
Maximum Group Size: 30 people (Please inquire about larger groups)
*Weekend days may be available, subject to guide availability

Tours are one hour long, if adding on an art activity it may be longer

$5 per student
$10 per student with art activity
Minimum group size: 6 youths
Maximum group size: 30 people (including chaperones)
A chaperone ratio of 1 to 8 youths is required. Chaperones and bus drivers are no additional charge.
For groups larger than 30, ask about before/afterhours tours – subject to guide availability.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is required before the day of your visit. After submitting your registration, you will be contacted about payment.
For a full refund, cancellations must be submitted at a minimum of 48 hours before your visit by emailing info@cahoonmuseum.org. Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours and no-shows will not be refunded.
