The Cahoon Museum of American Art is located at 4676 Falmouth Road (Route 28) in Cotuit, MA 02635. Cotuit is one of the seven villages of the Town of Barnstable, located in the mid-Cape region of Cape Cod. Cotuit can be found between Osterville, Marstons Mills and Mashpee. The Museum is located where Main Street, Cotuit meets Route 28 and near where Route 130 meets Route 28.

From Outer Cape: Take Route 6 to Exit 5 (Route 149); proceed 4 miles south to Route 28; turn right on Route 28 and continue for two miles. The museum is on the right just before the intersection with Route 130.
From Upper Cape and Sagamore Bridge: Take Route 6 to Exit 2 (Route 130); proceed 7 miles south to end of Route 130 at Route 28, then turn left. The museum is the second building on the left.
From Bourne Bridge: Take Route 28 to the exit for Route 151; proceed east and south to intersection with Route 28 at Mashpee Rotary; follow Route 28 east out of rotary toward Hyannis for 2 miles. Once you pass the traffic light at Route 130, the museum is the second building on the left on Route 28.
From Falmouth Area: Follow Route 28 to the Mashpee Rotary and continue on Route 28 toward Hyannis for 2 miles. Once you pass the traffic light at Route 130, the museum is the second building on the left on Route 28.
