Join exhibiting artist Kelly Murphy as she discusses her work in the exhibition Writing with Pictures, and she explains her process step by step for bringing an author’s words to life.

Kelly Murphy is a senior faculty member at the Rhode Island School of Design and a New York Times-bestselling author-illustrator. She has notably illustrated the works of William Shakespeare, Jane Austen and Beatrix Potter, as well as book covers for various Newbery Medal winning novels, creating thousands of illustrations and award-winning art for clients worldwide.
