Join us for a festive day at the museum filled with art, family activities, food, free admission, and special celebrations!

From 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, families are invited to enjoy a hands-on family program with creative activities inspired by our exhibitions—perfect for children and caregivers to explore art together.

At 11:00 AM, exhibiting artist Pedro Sanchez de Movellán shares newly installed work on the museum’s grounds and inside. Learn more about the inspiration and engineering behind his kinetic sculptures.

From 1:00–3:00 PM, continue the celebration with an afternoon of receptions and special events. Mingle with artists and fellow art lovers at the reception for Stave & Cane: Nantucket Baskets and Rockwell Kent, A Force of Nature, then help launch the Brush Off Art Auction at its official kick-off and artist reception. Meet participating artists, preview auction works, and enjoy light refreshments as we celebrate creativity in our community.
