Design and create shell artwork in the style of a Sailors Valentine with shell artist Mary Ricker.  Learn about and use a variety of shells from many parts of the world to create your own unique artwork.   Materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own shells.

Mary Ricker is a retired oncology nurse who discovered the joy of learning about, designing and making shell artwork including Sailors Valentines.  Valentines made by Mary have been acquired by the Chatham Historical Society-Atwood Museum.
